8 April 2007 - Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone.
Its been while since Ive written anything up but thats not to say I havent been doing anything. Training continues at the 50m pool in Aldershot and this spring has some great competitions coming up:
British Long Course Championships (April)
Belgian Open (April)
German Masters (June)
and of course the World Championships (Aug) - when I am aiming for a place on the GB team.
Im hoping to make some good times over the next few months:
100m surface - to get under 50s
200m surface - to get under 1m 50s
400m surface - to get under 4min
800m surface - to get under 8mins
and finally to get into immersion and get some good times.
Im hoping to arrange an open water long course later in the year too
